Made it into Kathmandu today. This place is crazy magic, old magic, reaching all the way across the world magic.
There’s a fuel shortage and frequent power cuts. Not sure how often I’ll be able to keep in touch, but… we’ll see.
This is going to be interesting.

you’ll be fine! the frequent, spontaneous power cuts get kind of fun. if you stay in the city, you’ll see that because power cuts disrupt work, the upper class will get all grumbly and the lay folk will fill up the streets and tea houses like one big party.
